Lead designer and contract administration
We carried out a feasibility study for a pre-planning application and with the council’s support converted the house to 3 large flats and demolished the rear outrigger and built a new self-contained house. The house was in a very poor state and very damp.

The construction programme was a 12 month refurbishment and new construction combined.
Architectural features were re-instated as only the Victorian hall tiles survived the project.
The kitchens and bathrooms specified reflect the period building and the living spaces have been reconfigured with larger interconnecting rooms that offer flexibility for future inhabitants while maintaining elegant proportions.
