Flanchford Road

Scope

  • Planning Permission in Conservation area

  • Construction Package

  • Lead Designer and Contract Administration

Being located in a Conservation area often means extensions are quite often small. With this house even the small extensions made big transformations inside. Replacing old poorly constructed extensions , tanking basements replacing windows and re-pointing walls isn't flash design work but makes a fine house like this one stand another 100 years. Inside, a 50 cm side extension brings light and much needed width to what was a single galley kitchen. A rear dormer to the loft makes the old attic room into a  master suite.
