The Hub@51

Scope

  • Concept design

  • Client liaison

  • Detailed design drawings

  • Interior design and specification of the complete fit out to include finishes,  electrics and  fixtures.

The Hub@51 at Twickenham Prep School began life as a tired, large Edwardian house that was transformed during  2020. It is now a vibrant a new building for the school with a purpose built Art Studio, with facilities for Design Technology and Textiles, bright classrooms, staff rooms, and a multipurpose room in the loft. The additional floor and large classroom sizes meant the entire house was taken b virtually back to brick and re-organised spatially. A triple height centre stair brings natural light deep, into the heart of the building and provides ample display space while creating an inspiring journey up through the building.

Working together with Redmond Ivie Architects we designed the internal spaces and specified all the fit out, finishes and fixtures.
